When the anger washes over you, and you feel the earliest warning of flight, draw it down. Pull yourself, deeply, into the soles of your feet. Expand your rib cage, in every direction, but most importantly, radiating out to fill the beautiful, expansive ellipse of your self that is wrapped right around your heart. Put one hand on your chest, and one hand behind you, with the back of your palm pressing into whatever portion of your spine you can reach. Then fill those lungs, and make space between those two life-affirming hands, your hands. Feel your back pushing into the hand on your spine. This is breathing to remember the back body. You may still be angry, but you will not let that anger carry you out of your purpose so easily. Fight to stay in. Fight to draw it down.
